Moderate Crowding of the teeth 

                                               

Patient started treatment at age 31 and finished treatment in 11 months.  Wow!  That is fast!

Severe Crowding and Narrow Upper Jaw  

This patient had severe crowding and a narrow upper jaw.  She also had teeth that were "impacted" or stuck in her jaw.  Braces helped to align her teeth and gave her a beautiful smile!

Openbite: Front teeth don't touch

This patient's teeth were not overlapping in the front and she was unable to bite anything with her front teeth.  Dr. Young helped  her bite fit correctly and gave her a beautiful smile!

Deep overbite: Lower front teeth bite into palate

This teenage patient's upper front teeth were biting down too far over his lower front teeth.  His excessive vertical overbite was corrected in only 14 months.

Openbite with crowding and missing teeth

This patient begin treatment at the age of 45.  She was concerned with her "inability to bite through food properly".  Dr. Young corrected her openbite and crowding and she was excited to show off her new smile!

Underbite: Lower front teeth in front of upper teeth.

This patient's underbite was causing her jaw joint discomfort and excessive wear patterns on her teeth.   Braces helped to fix her bite and give her a smile she was proud to show off!

Spacing of teeth

This teenage patient was bothered by the spaces between his teeth. Braces closed the spaces and gave him an ideal bite! 

Overbite: Protruding front teeth

At age 11, this patient had a big "overbite" with the top teeth protruding beyond the bottom. Braces helped to align her bite and reduce the gap between the upper and lower teeth. 

Invisalign 

Sometimes braces are not needed to get noticeable improvements in tooth alignment!  This patient was not interested in braces.  Instead, we used the clear (almost invisible) alternative--Invisalign!  Treatment only took 14 months.

Invisalign 

This patient was on television as a news anchor and didn't want anyone to know he was straightening his teeth.  Invisalign "clearly" did an outstanding job without anyone ever knowing and in only 11 months!

Phase I

This patient had a narrow upper jaw with a crossbite in the back.  Two of her upper front teeth were locked behind her lower front teeth.  Her teeth looked much better after only 10 months of orthodontic treatment.

Thumb Sucking

This patient sucked her thumb and caused an openbite in her front teeth (front teeth don't overlap in vertical dimension).  Dr. Young helped her to quit sucking her thumb without using anything but willpower.  Ask us about how Dr. Young can help your child stop sucking their thumb or fingers!
